Executive and leadership coaching
Change is hard to do on your own.
It’s easier with a partner. As your coach, I can be that thinking partner – someone to think out loud with, who also brings helpful encouragements, checks, challenges, and a bit of a laugh, too.

– Sir John Whitmore
Coaching offers valuable and confidential space, time, support and challenge to help you find the best solutions to your own problems.
It can happen online, or in person, usually with a minimum of three sessions, to help consolidate your momentum.
How it works
1. “Chemistry” chat
A free online 30 minute conversation for you to explore what coaching with me is like, and get your questions answered. You then decide whether you’d like to progress with me.
2. Manager Meeting (optional)
If the coaching is sponsored by your company, we’ll meet with your manager to understand what’s going well and any areas for development. I don’t share any more information with your manager after this meeting, unless you ask me to.
3. Programme goals
Usually we’ll agree to six sessions, creating space for exploration, experimentation and consolidation of new ways of leading. For targeted coaching on a specific topic, three sessions can also work well. We’ll explore your goals for coaching and topics for us to explore over the six sessions.
4. Getting started
I’ll share a coaching agreement setting out our roles, a short questionnaire and a values exercise. This helps us get to the good stuff quickly.
5. Coaching Sessions (60 or 90 minutes)
Then we jump in, together. I’ll bring some ideas, but you always set the direction. We’ll explore what’s going on for you, and what other possibilities might be available to you. I’ll listen, to anything you tell me, without judgement. And I’ll bring all my resources to create a space where you can do the best thinking of your life and unlock more than you thought was possible. You’ll leave with new awareness, ideas or experiments to try.
6. Final session
At our final session we will look back at how far you have come and celebrate your progress. There’s an option to check in with your manager again at this point, too.
People I’ve coached say…
A bit about me

I studied Sociology at Degree level because cultures, and ideas that become movements have always fascinated me. I started my career in philanthropy and global communications at Dyson, advising Sir James Dyson, several CEOs and other executive leaders on internal and external communications.
After eight years in communications, two of them leading global communications from the US HQ in Chicago, I moved into human resources. From there, I applied my hard-earned communication skills to shape organisational culture and employee experiences
In all this work, I was at my best advising, coaching or mentoring graduates, CEOs and all levels in between.
In 2018 I started working with businesses to improve their cultures and increase performance as an employee experience, culture and communications consultant.
I completed my six-month coach training in 2023 and in 2024 I obtained the rigorous Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation. I have regular coach supervision sessions and pursue regular continuing coach education to improve my skills. Next up: a Systemic Team Coaching certification in July 2025.
I’m optimistic, caring, and apply courage in my work. I’m a communicator by background, so I always try to be clear and to the point; no lofty waffle here. I’m also a voracious reader and podcast-listener, and an active member of the children’s school community, having served as a Governor for four years.
